strange
what it is about the city that makes me want to be around children more.
a reminder,
of
a feeling
i'm more and more often forgetting how to remember,

and now,
how close I've come to letting the jolt of the subway throw me to the floor in the thick morning cloud.

So I guess it's fall, and I'm trying to think of what I've been doing lately. It's incredible how quickly being out of a "school environment" catches up with you, I feel almost everything I do lately to be entirely fruitless.
