Waaaaaaaah! That made me cry! But it's beeyooteefull! You have such awshum imagery there, and I particularly liked "Most people, dear cousin, think blood is better kept close to the heart; an internal affair..." and the very last stanza of all. Gorgeous! I just hope Princess sees it. Hopefully she'll love it! Oooh, does this mean your laptop's back in working order again? Or did you have to borrow your flatmate's? If so, I sure hope it gets fixed sooooon! I mish you! For that matter, I mish Princess and BHG too. Everyone seems to have abandoned the RP and Twitter both. Waaaaaaah!

Ack!  \(o_o)/   It was not my intention to make people cry, though I suppose the story is rather poignant. So glad you approve of the imagery and that sentence! Hope Princess will receive it today, too (and not be sad). This took me two days to write - the form of the sestina-especially minding that self-imposed eight-syllables-per-line rule-has proved as hard to write as Dotty and Treize. Still a bit dizzy.

I miss you too! And all the wonderful writing projects just waiting to happen... Unfortunately my beloved laptop is still not in working order, and I am not sure when (if ever) it will be. Still using the ex-bf's netbook.  *pouts*   RL has come to a crucial phase as well, since the ex-bf may just be moving a lot sooner than I had anticipated, and my financial situation is, to flail an understatement, outright pitiable. Ah well; in spite of all this, I have been sooper-cheerful every day. I trust you are doing wondy yourself! But indeed-what's with our people abandoning the RP and Twitter?  ~~~~\( °O°)/ Waaaaaah!

It's sad to me since I know Treize dies, and that Dorothy grieves over him. It's probably not sad to anyone else. No one else is quite the git I am. And yesh, the sestina is one of the hardest things in the whole world to write! Structured poetry of any kind like that totally is-like it's writing combined with math-but somehow you always seem to come through and produce something awe-inspiring. Waaaaaaah that RL is kicking you at the moment. *gets crowbar to smack life upside the head* I hope it all works out happily very very soon, and yayz! that you're staying sooper cheerful! *gives you major Scooby snacks for that*

Yesh, I tend to use a more 'canon' approach. But if it makes you feel better, you could choose to believe Treize turns out to be alive later on, and the baritone on stage playing the part of Valentín is actually him.  *pets*

Thanks, and thanks again! Speaking of structured writing - this year's Turing poetry competition has started and I am planning to go for the win this time. I totally need that €10.000. My very existence depends on it!  *munches on Scooby snacks*   Just dragged my computer downstairs, by the way. Mr Housemate will probably kill me for it, but at least now I can try to catch up on online stuff a little. The attic (computer room) is much too hot and dusty to stay longer than five minutes at a time.
