Well glad it was my day off... just "wasted" 30 min (most of them with the little annoying they play while they put you on hold) on the phone with the Expedia NZ customer service... because my LAN flight to SYD was cancelled by the airline... anyway I have now booked a ticket with Air New Zealand (and got extra lucky because it was a 48 h sale on ( Read more... )

Seriously your flight was cancelled :s....Do you know why ?
I guess you didn't tick the insurance case !!
Glad though that you've got another flight with ANZ :)

Well I would say it was cancelled because there was not enough people on the flight... (funny thing is the same flight is flying the next day :/...)
It has nothing to do with insurance... this was an airline company cancellation but you are right I never tick the insurance box (je vis dangereusement :p !!!)
Yay for Air New Zealand... I am so happy to be back with them :D !!!
