This show is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic! (full title) and apparently it is made by the same team responsible for the Powerpuff Girls TV show, which in turn was no doubt the inspiration for P+Sw/G. Which I did watch briefly, but found a little too frantic.

It's made by intelligent people with great humor sense, who clearly loved MLP when they were young. I love that all the humor is so wholesome, too, that it doesn't rely on meanness of crassness to win a laugh. Everyone needs more of that.
