Start with your base. Crop & sharpen if need be. Duplicate it and set it to screen if it's dark. I duplicated twice and set both layers to screen 68%.
New layer, fill with #161234. Set it to exclusion 100%
New layer, fill with #cc9c72. Set it to overlay 76%
New layer, fill with #72b2cc. Set to color burn 100%
New layer, fill with #f0c8db. Set to soft light 100%
Duplicate your base and drag it to the top. Desaturate then set it to soft light 100%.
Finito!
