I've got a bone to pick with fandom. BJD enthusiasts, cosplayers, artists, fic-writers, etc.--all are fixated on a few games/manga or book series, and certain characters in them. I understand that these are just well-loved characters, and I wouldn't say no to a Balthier or Fran doll myself. Being recognisable is also attractive; it would suck to

the other night I decided I want dolls who cosplay some characters from sunwaifs at some point (specifically Corrie & Feliss, if you remember them). how's that for original?

That would be cool. I can't remember who was who, but any of them would be rad to cosplay, and do photostories with.

feliss is the "birdie girl" who's super manipulative but everyone loves her because she's so pretty. I'm thinking if I do this, I'll commission a feather wig for her (saw some pics; they're absolutely stunning!). and corrie is the hermaphroditic storm/death child. kind of a common archetype for dollies, but still...a different inspiration.
