Choose your base. I'm using this base of Yuna from Celestial Star. Fix it using whatever and go onto the next step.
Take this, I used the colour 16080E, and set it to Exclusion 100%.
Take this colour, A878AA, and set it to Overlay, 80%.
Take this colour, B4DEE1, and set it to Overlay, 80%.
Take this colour, F8EFBF, and take it to Colour burn, 100%.
Take this gradient, I forget who made it, and set it to Overlay, 50%.
Take your brushes, borders, text, ect. and you're done! =D

Now going from

Choose your base, I'm using this base of Mitsuki that I made.saturate.Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue/Saturation. I saturated the base to -75 and set it to Darken, 100%.duplicate layer.I duplicated the base, brought it to the top and set it to Soft Light, 100%.
Take this colour, 3CA4CA, and set it to Soft Light, 100%.
Take this gradiant, by Kari. I rotated it 100 degrees, that isn't neccessary unless you want to. I then set it to Soft Light, 50%.
Take this gradiant, also by Kari. Then set it to Hue, 20%.
Add your brushes, text, borders, ect. and you're done!
