Today Liz and I went and gave presentations to a bunch of Japanese students who were about to go to Canada. Liz told them that Canada was a really open-minded place that doesn't lynch homosexuals while I told them that Montreal was the best place to go and that Toronto sucked a fat candy cane. Ok in Ukraine all the Livejournal buttons are in Russian - really annoying.

Anyways - Toronto sucks a fat candy cane?? Like any other responsible Canadian I loath the Maple Leafs and the 'Leaf Nation' and the self-absorbed mentality prevalent there. But maybe you should come down sometime with me and I can correct your hating ways...

I actually told them that I didn't prefer Toronto. I'm sure it's not that bad a place, I've just never been too impressed every time I go there.
