Oooo that sent a shiver down my spine, it was really atmospheric. I love where you went with the Fugitives story, I could totally see that happening,

loved it!

It makes me really happy to hear you say 'atmospheric,' because that was something I think I was really trying to establish with the minimal amount of writing. I tend to be a very descriptive writer (you only have to look at my epic Broken Glass series to see that), so here I wanted to play with the oppositie and see what type of moods very little words could convey. I'm just happy it worked, rather than just confusing the hell out of people (my roommate had to suffer through the first version of this... it wasn't pretty!). ^_~

But yeah, this is the type of thing I would LOVE to see Heroes do with the Fugitives plot. But who knows where it will actually go! Thanks so much for reading and commenting, I appreciate it! :)

I love this experimental take on minimalism. It actually works very well here, ensuring the actions described and words used contain more intensity...a vibrancy in their use.

I like this idea of Mohinder being at the forefront of the resistance yet it being very underground, and Sylar standing by him. It works with the notion of Mohinder being much stronger than those around him expect (and is a nice extension of what we've seen of him throughout the seasons) while also giving him a purpose.

Nice detailing with the intimacy between he and Sylar and the way Sylar seems to know how to handle him at his most uncertain and questioning times. I like how you role reversaled them physically and in terms of who is leading the charge. It's a great way of showing them as two sides of the same coin, understood only by each other, in this together. And I love the reveal that this intimacy, this want was as much a surprise as anything else.

Wonderful piece!

When this piece began, it was just an exchange of dialogue that came to mind. I wrote down the dialogue, looked at it, and thought, "Man, this just works alone, doesn't it?" Because the words these two *do* exchange have such a layered meaning sometimes that everything else in a fic can be distracting from that. I know that in my own descriptive writing I tend to lay out a lot of the undercurrents, but here I wanted to let them speak for themselves ( ... )

Happy to hear it! :) I'm glad that the atmosphere came across well. It was short, but I don't think it needed to be any longer, really. As for sexy... well, let's just say I hope you enjoy the next piece I'm putting out in a couple of days. Same 'verse, but quite a bit sexier. ^_~ Thanks so much for reading and commenting!

I really love this, the premise, the style, the intimacy between Mohinder and Sylar, the dialogue especially

"Don’t make excuses. I couldn’t make you want me. You needed to choose your escape in order to survive this. I was a convenient outlet. I am what I am so that you don’t have to be it.” I dream for this kinda of thing to happen on the show!

RIGHT? If only it would happen on the show. You know, when you said that you wanted the "what should have happened in S3" wish, I kind of couldn't NOT do it. Ever since that scene I'd been telling my roommate how all I really wanted was for Sylar to see Mohinder again and say, "I'm disappointed in you." Just that. Just to have the impact of Sylar's reaction to Mohinder 'switching sides'. The dualism in their relationship is so essential.

I'm happy that you liked this! :) The next and last (late) Christmas gift I have to post will also be in this 'verse. ^_^ Thanks for reading! :3

Oh wow, what a lovely piece of work! It's the minimalism of it that highlights the intensity of their relationship. And these guys are all about the intesnity.

"And you'll stand there beside me to the end?"

"I always have, even if it's just in your shadow, now."

My heart fluttered in the nicest of ways. Thank you so much for this!

Oh, the intensity. I miss seeing it on the show. :P Hopefully the writers will be smart enough to bring it back! Maybe then I'll feel like writing more. ;) Glad that you enjoyed this! Hope you had a great holiday! Must have been busy. ^_^ Thanks for commenting!
