I knew when I started this "dry-month" test of mine that the weekends were by far going to be the most difficult part. After all, I really don't ever do that much drinking during the week anyway. I maybe have one rum and coke after work, but that's about it. Easily forgettable. ( Read more... )

Just finished my night at mai_sheri's housewarming ceremony. Very comfortable setting around fellow nerds with video games and drinks. Quite the ideal setting for a Saturday night if you ask me. Video game news!

I hadn't realized it until now, but recently I've pretty much be amusing myself in the video game world with smaller, bite-sized games and classic reboots. (I lost two hours last night playing Tetris... TETRIS!)

But in the next few months, I'll be gearing up for the first big full AAA game purchases I've gotten excited for on the PS3 ( Read more... )
