OMG. I have no words. It makes me so happy, this post does.
I will have to reread the play and brainstorm questions. (:

HAVE YOU YOUR OWN THOUGHTS TO ADD?

You = more clear headed for reviews than I.

Usually:

Me: GUH.
Ian: Something intelligent.

True FAX.

I DOES NOT AND IS NOT.

Vikki: Expressively emotive.
Ian: He was like, and I was like, and she was like, lots of ellipses that go nowhere like this one... and another... and then something useless at the end avec inappropriate exclamation mark!

I went to see the Steppenwolf Company do this at the NT in London on a whim while I was in town for other plays and I'm SO incredibly glad I did. I only had a standing ticket so stood for the whole play but my God, it was amazing. Absolutely thrilling and brilliant.

I'd love to have seen the Steppenwolf production, the actors in roles that were written for them. Lucky you, lucky whim! Do you have any thoughts on the role of Johanna?

Hmm, I didn't think much about her. I just sort of accepted her function. Now I think more about it, I don't quite get why she was there either.

I live on the outskirts of Melbourne, toward the north. Kilmore! Where the fires started.

Have not heard of Moira Finucane. Will google!

YES. I can't WAIT for GOC. My tickets are not until the 26th of September, but am contemplating trying for Rush seats in an earlier production.

Cheers! Vikki. :)
