Four inches of rain. 1 hour. Flooding ensued.
Starting three days ago, a weather system has been moving across NC dumping buckets of rain over the northern half of the state. Let it be said that the duct work in my house sucks hardcore. None of the cool air gets to the upstairs where -yeah that's right- my room is. It's bad enough the I have the worst case of spring/cabin fever ever. It's bad enough that I keep asking my advisor when I can come to see her about registering for next year (which the date for is totally past) and she is ignoring me. Most people know that I am a sci-fi/fantasy geek and that I am addicted to the Sci-Fi channel. The Stargate series are truly my babies though.
