I was at the grocery store buying veggie burgers yesterday. Wow, I'm sure gonna miss snow. What a cool storm we've had. I won't miss walking out in it once it turns slushy and gross, but I'll miss sitting by the big window with a cup of coffee and a good book and just watching it fall...I'll miss the extremely pleasant summer weather too ( Read more... )

Here We Go. After I broke my foot, Matt and I said "where would we live if we could live anywhere?" and it took less than 5 seconds to for us to unanimously say "let's go home to New Orleans".

The house is bought, the jobs have been settled, and even putting our bank accounts in a swamp surrounded by underfunded levees isn't stopping us.

God, what I wouldn't give to have seen the Heads live at the height of their powers.
