Ok, so today is our first day of kids at Astrocamp! Wohoo! I'm excited. I hate training. There's soooo much talking and sitting still and downtime and blah. ADDness. "All Kosher" doesn't actually mean "no meat". It just means that there are rules abotu what kind of meat, and how the animals that supply it were butchered. Your camp might have just decided that "no meat" was easier, though. :-)

And thank you. I'm avoiding checking my email for another couple of hours, because I got to vacation all weekend in SF and I'm not really ready to go back to the academic world yet. :-) But I'll get there eventually. Oh, and Brandi called me to wish me a happy birthday, too. That was kinda cool. :-)
