No time to update lately, but I was personally asked to do so today, so I will. :)
1. Tonight was my first class. (I am teaching Introduction to Nutrition at Montgomery College in Rockville.) This was probably the most difficult thing I have ever done, but absolutely exciting, and I think that I will learn a lot this semester.
