I know it's been a while, things around here have been frusturating. I dislocated my knee on Monday, and it was a full dislocation. The knee cap eventually went back into place, but I don't ever remember being in so much pain in my entire life. It was terrible. Luckily, I didn't tear any tendons or ligaments, so that's good.
