I'm limited there to one CD of Villa-Lobos' Bachianas Brasilieras, which are actually rather good (can you say "a fugue in 11/8 time"?), and another with his (gorgeous) guitar concerto (coupled with the ubiquitous Concerto d'Orangejuice). If you're interested, I can convert them into mp3 and upload them to an ftp for you when I go home in April.

I'd be interested, but I, like you, only have Spanish pop (Alex Ubago, La Oreja de Van Gogh, Andy y Lucas, Enrique Iglesias) and then Ricky Martin (Christmas present, really...) sooo yeah. Oh, I also have a Junior Miquez c.d (*hangs head in shame*)...all these c.d.'s (I only have Alex Ubago mp3s) are burned copies from street vendors cause I wanted to check them out before I paid 18 Euro for it.

What is "gay" Spanish pop, pray tell? Probably what I listed that I have lol.

i think i'd prefer receiving cds via mail, as long as you don't mind burning the cd. i like having something physical so i can take it to the car with me and sing along on the way to work every morning and on the way home every afternoon. besides my computer at home is not up. let me know.

I have a good deal of 80s - early 90s rock en español (Heroes del Silencio, Soda Stereo, La Ley, Fobia), plus some of the current stuff from Latinoamerica (Juanes, Bacilos) and a few randoms that are specific to Chile (Los Picantes, por ejemplo, but it's Chilean humour and I don't know that you would get it - some of it I don't get)...

just let me know what you would like and I'll see about getting it together for you. I can copy full discs onto an mp3 CD or if you want a sample (the best of the best) I can do that too.
