Well, I seem to be on the opposite side of the fence from
dracoena. :p I LOVED the finale (whereas Ember Island Players made me embarassed to call myself a fan). I loved how epic it was. Aang rocks my world so much. Could have done without the goopy romance but I'm so willing to overlook it because of that unreal battle between Aang and Ozai. Did you know

I know, I know, Aang was never going to kill anybody. I was thinking Zuko would jump in at the last minute and blow his head off, saving Aang the job. But yeh, kids' show. Even if the random 'o hai new type of bending introduced at the last minute' was a bit weak, it's good that the next generation's idealism and morals are preserved intact.
Katara's such a show-off with that ice and chains move. She could've just bloodbent Azula about five minutes before, saving a lot of fireballs from being hurled. But it did look cool.

BTW, am totally trading in Zutara for later-in-life Zuko/Aang. Because they looked so grown-up and companionable in their Firelord and Avatar costumes. And it will go good with the Roku/Sozin that LE is going to write. *whistles*
I can't believe they never found a baby airbender. I guess Aang will have to revive the nation, but that seems like a lot of work for one guy.

Me: That beats the "I´m invincible" line.
My friend: Does that mean he´s going to die?
As for the details, I think I´m going to have to watch it again. We were talking too much, and missed a lot of them. My opinion of the main plotline isn´t likely to change, but I think I can learn to appreciate the fighting moves, the strategy and the fanservice a little better.
And what´s this about a Sozin/Roku fanfic? WHERE? ME WANTS IT!!! I´ve been searching for one since I ever knew of their existence!
