It's like livejournal, Xanga, MySpace... you know, weblogs.

If you wouldn't mind, you could answer the following questions in complete sentences and to the best of your ability (assuming it is "legal" to administer interviews through comments...):

1. How often do you "blog", and on how many sites? Also, how much time per day do you spend reading the blogs of other people?

2. Why do you think weblogs are so popular with teenagers?

3. Why do you blog? As in, what causes you to continue doing so?

4. What do you like most about blogs? What do you like least?

5. How often do you use blogs as a source of news (whether political, cultural, or just gossip)?

- and any other seemingly important comments related to the subject

Hope these are okay :3

1)I guess I only "blog" about twice or so a week. Im trying to not do it as much now and I only spend about 15-30 minutes every other day to reading other peoples blogs.

2)I really have no idea why they are so popular with teenagers, they get pretty addicting.

3) Honestly, I've been asking myself that same question. I guess just so people know what I've been doing lately if I haven't gotten the chance to talk to them in person.

4)I like how you can just say whatever you want since its just like a journal online. I dont like how sometimes people can create drama on what you write and stuff, but i guess you should just be careful of what you write and be aware that anyone can look at it.

5)I never use it as political or cultural news since its unreliable, and i dont like gossip very much either.

That works, thanks! According to the editors, they don't get enough interviews with underclassmen, and most of the people interviewed are male. They love it when stories have quotes from female underclassmen (or underclasswomen... underclasspeople...).
