Fish anyone?

I have a fish, I no longer want. It kills other fish, even though it's not suppose to be aggressive. You can have the tank and everything. If not he get's flushed!! I also have 2 filter thingys with a bubble maker or something.. I don't know but I have them and don't want them.

What kind of fish is it? How big is the tank? I may want it.

It's just a little guy. He's blue stripy and lives on my fridge. It's the same tank that the evil bitch fish lived in. Not very big , but i have to filter things with it.
