And you just put up pictures of a sad incident of a single crazy who should have been in a mental health center on schitzophrena medication instead of being allowed to walk around after being turned out of a community college for "being creepy and appearing dangerous" and he was told not to come back "until you get proof of mental health help"
There was many people who knew this guy was dangerous. Unfortunately no one took him down to the police after the college incident and got him a 72 hour mental evaluation so he couldn't buy a gun or bullets.
The failure was a lot of things but the Constitution did not fail. Angle and Bachman have never met this guy and are not responsible.
We own guns. Are we the next killers? What is your proof of it?
I'm also referring to Sarah Palin who left a bullseye on congresswoman Gifford.
I don't expect you to decide that the best way to solve your problems is with more ammo. But if you DID think these are viable tactics THEN we'd have a problem.
Sarah Palin isn't the first to use that picture in a political ad. In 2004 there was a very similar map with a bullseye on the districts they targeted. Both sides did it, it's been employed since politics started. Bob Beckle, a liberal who has ran campaigns since he could talk (his words), brought this up and said they always used those things. http://american-conservativevalues.com/blog/democrats-have-their-own-target-map-and-bulls-eye-map.html... )
And it still doesn't address the phrase "Second Amendment remedies" - there's only one thing in that paragraph.
For the record, I'm a believer that any responsible and trained adult should be allowed to posses a firearm - part of my military background even thinks such training should go through the school system.

I'm referring to quote number 1 here.

But you're right - a LOT of things failed here.
