My brain is scrambling

What's with all these UCAS points thingies? Why can't they just tell me what grades I need and leave it at that? I'm so confused!

Does anybody out there in the world of Livejournal understand how UCAS points work? Any help would be much appreciated!

Ooh and I just have to add that autosave is a pretty clever idea!

Hi, I realize you don't know me at all so I hope you don't mind me commenting! I'm a friend of Lynchy's and I saw from a comment you left in his journal that you live pretty near me so I thought I'd check out your journal and so yes... *waffle*

UCAS points *shudder* If I remember correctly:
A = 120 points
B = 100
C = 80
D = 60
E = 40

So 360 pts would be three A's, etc...
