darling Smile, how on earth did you go from deciding to do a diet because it's medically approved to deciding to do a died you KNOW couldn't possibly be approved by ANYONE in the health profession?
I don't eat a lot. I know I don't eat enough. I was told by pretty much every doctor I've ever seen that I need to eat more, because if I don't, I'm going to start developing the same kinds of problems anorexics do, like loss of bone density, loss of muscle mass, screwed up metabolism, diminished immunity, decreased energy - even decreased neural processing speeds. YES REALLY.
And even I eat more than 300 calories.
Don't eat lettuce and celery - they have no nutritional value. Eat an egg or something - that has protein (and still isn't many calories) and protein helps you burn calories. And don't skip lunch - that will slow down your metabolism

I smoke too much weed to only eat 300 calories. The munchies are inrefutable.
