Back from vacation!

Just got back from Charleston, and I'm really exhausted. Tons of stuff happened, and it was fun, but I don't feel like writing about it! Maybe I will later, if I feel like it... for now, nobody is on IM. Where is everyone?! I feel so alone. I read a ton of that stupid Grapes of Wrath though. Basically, it seems to be about a bunch of perverted ( Read more... )

I haven't started summer reading yet. I'm reading the honors books too b/c I'm going to try and get into it this fall. Grapes of Wrath doesn't look appealing but the crucible does. My dad was in the play in highschool (he was the priest dude who casts out evil spirts and such) and the way he's described it it sounds very interesting. I think its cool to study plays. lol still haven't read past Kenshin 3.5!! Thanks to Mrs. Cook that is...which was well over a year ago. And I think I say that everytime you mention that manga...I repeat myself :-P
Have fun in Flordia!!
Hope you're having a great summer!

I just now finished The Crucible; I'm now on The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. And The Crucible wasn't that great... ^o^;; I don't think there were any real witches in it, so how could anyone cast out spirits? XP Or maybe I misread. Anyway, the whole story was practically, "Ooooh, you're a witch! You're sending your spirit to strangle me!" "I am not a witch!" "Yes, you are! Aaaaaah, she's attacking me with her bird!!" "What are you talking about?!" .... LAME ....
