Today I had an extra day off, so I went for a few hours to Gouda. There is no cheese market on Tuesdays, unfortunately, but it was nice to lazily walk around, find new narrow streets and canals, without rush.

I am leaving to Holland today evening, for over two months, for work. I don't think I'll be able to post or read posts from there very often.

I think I should see an oculist. Reading more than half an hour kills my eyes and I don't think it's normal (never was normal for me). Also, I refuse to live this way.

I finished my exams. Yay me.

Now, give me some job.

Yesterday I suddenly realised that this year holidays are my last. A year from now I will be (hopefully) finishing my m.a. thesis and either working or looking for a job (the latter seems more probable). So from now on I will occasionaly go on leave but never more will have holidays/vacation ( Read more... )

I am not a desert creature. Temperature over 25°C kills me - or at least makes me feel dizzy, very weak, and ready to faint.
