Passover food

So, I've eaten a lot of very good food this passover.  First I went to a Seder at the home of a friend's family in Bethesda, and the food there was awesome. so you know how my mom makes those homemade jellies. if you say no I will be mad because I sent you some once:) anyway, she makes her own horseradish jelly and it is sooooo tasty. I will bring you some when you let me stay with you while we are looking for an apt in dc:) :) :) when she cooks this stuff she deals with the actual root. I can't even go in the kitchen sometimes it's so strong. and then the result is soooo tasty.
I love when you post. since you never do it's very exciting for us!
