I did 15 minutes of warm-up cardio on the elliptical tonight. Then I got on the treadmill and did 2.5 miles in 26 minutes flat. I was so proud of myself. And that was not just plain flat treadmill, I knocked the elevation up to be about where running outside is and ran it like that. I felt so good, my knees were so shot afterwards but damn it was
