1 can black beans, drained,(or 15 oz cooked beans with a dash of salt)
1 mango
1 purple onion
1 red pepper
cilantro to taste (if you like it)
2 tbs vinegar
Cut, mix together, eat. Simple, stores well and can I say this is a family staple?

slice them onto a cookie sheet
(onto a silpat if you have one to prevent sticking)
freeze for two hours
then
put into the blender until it's like soft serve ice cream

So pretty much squeeze the juice of the lemons over the chicken, pop their little carcasses in with the chicken, cover with water, shake so everything gets coated and wait 24-48 hours. Then drain the chicken, make sure there are not attached lemon seeds. Salt lightly grill on low as above.
Serve with fresh baby spinach, grapes, and walnuts. Makes a very nice refreshing salad. I add a bit of mild goat guda for flavor, but it isn't necessary. :)
