Donna, HAVING MY GALLBLADDER TAKEN OUT WAS THE BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE! It improves life 84934308 percent! I know it sucks right now, but after you feel SO MUCH BETTER.

I agree.. I had mine removed a few years ago and I don't regret it for a SECOND! My doctor was awesome.. The intense pain of a gallstone attack was WAY WAY worse than surgery and recovery!! (this coming from someone who had never had surgery for anything, ever and is a big big baby chicken lol.)

You will feel SO MUCH BETTER when it is out. Having mine removed was the best thing I could of done when I was having regular attacks. You don't realize how sick it makes you until you no longer have to deal with it.

Three people already beat me to exactly what I was going to say. It's not that bad as a surgery, and I seriously am actively thankful it's gone at least weekly!
