If you pick something stupid to do I totally vote you go find a jungle gym park and go act like a 5 year old. it's amazing how much fun you can have and energy you can burn while crawling like mad (feeling completely stupid the entire time) through the spider web jungle gyms.

wow...your idea for something totally stupid is much "healthier" than my idea! i'm actually looking forward to going down to the gym tonight to do "throwdowns" - you take a medicine ball, hold it above your head and then throw it down on the ground and catch it as it comes back. i plan to picture the boy's face on the floor tonight!
hah! I picked soemthing healthy, and random. Random for me tends to be healthier than what I'd really rather do.
You know, physically injur the person in question or wallow in a pint/gallon of Ben & Jerry's.
I kind of figure such tendencies got me where I am today and should most likely be avloided.
Good alternative though. That actually sounds fun!
I kept wishing 24 hour fitness had boxing equipment. There are some days where I would really like to take lessons and think it would be great for anger management LOL
Do stupid things but be good to yourself. Try and see this as time for change- try a new haircut or do something completely out of your comfort zone on a Friday night.
Sorry to hear that, but hopefully time will heal the wounds. After your throwdowns, if your gym has a sauna, I highly recommend sitting in there for a while. It definitely helped me de-stress today.
