Hello, I cant help it but I have to comment... schedule 2 of UCTA sets out the "Guidelines" for reasonableness test. However, the Courts has got their own test to see whether the clause is reasonable or not. The regulations only deals with fairness. Generally UCTA sucks. anyhow, this is a random comment! good luck!
