Well aren't I posting lots lately

So dear friends I need some advice.

Our new house is a new build and doesn't have an aerial. What should I go for:
The options are:
£100 - £150 for an aerial so I can watch freeview.
£75 for sky installation and a minidish which will let me watch some channels on nonsubscription sky, with 4 months free sky and then should probably be ok to use for freesat.
Lots of money for Sky with a Sky+ box. We can't get the doody deal here, with the broadband phone and sky for £17 unfortunatly.

So, what should I do? The channels I watch are BBC, Itv, C4, and (E4 which isn't on the basic non-subscription sky) Channel 5/Fiver which isn't on Freesat and I'm not sure if it's on non-subscription Sky.

I do like the idea of Sky, and would like Sky+, but I don't think we can afford it with the mortgage.

Should we pay for an aerial and professional installation, or get one from Argos and make Ian climb up on the roof (which he would probably enjoy)? I can't use LJ, I should really learn to cut atc, I tried cutting, but I don't think it worked, oh well, enjoy the spam.
