If i ever get a decent job again and i can continue to be uber-frugal, i want to travel more. i already have a little 'dream trip' planned out. Based on traveling in May, all my travel/hotels would total $608 plus $200 spending money for this little 4 day trip. what trip you say? well im glad you asked

thanks! i love trains. i would love to spend a few days traveling cross country by train. that's how i picked this trip. i just went to amtrak and found the longest trip without layovers. :) otherwise, i would have traveled all the way to LA or San Francisco. But i'd have to wait in Chicago for 8 hours.

i had a horrible amtrak experience in 2002 from houston to los angeles.
