It sounds lame and cheesey but, its the flat-out truth. As of about noon yesterday, my house officially went on the market, i got a JOB OFFER!!!! at more money than i was making, and i got a call that my first buyer is coming this morning ( Read more... )

i r so happy, i might essplode! of course, i can't open the realtor's damn lockbox to put the front door key, so now i have to wait till the buyer arrives, let him in, and hide the dog, all in one fell swoop. we'll see about that :D but who cares!! im going to open houses tomorrow! one of my most favorite pasttimes ever!

wouldn't that be completely awesome! i would love to sell in time to get the tax rebate for buying my own new home, but i obviously have to sell mine first :)
