My condo is officially sold. I accepted an offer tonight after negotiating for 2 days. I made 20% in three years and i am VERY happy with this. However now i have to realize i have nowhere to go. My parents would let me move in with them, but i'm not sure that's the best idea. I fear i'll become complacent in my life and hostile towards my parents ( Read more... )

mine sold in 7 weeks and it felt like an eternity, but really, i was just lucky. there were units in this building that have sat for sale for nearly a year. (the condo fees were much higher in those units).

If you need help packing, I'm happy to volunteer.

Also, if you move back in with your parents, I suggest having a solid exit plan in place ie it will take you x months to have x money and with that you will do approximately x and stick with it.

Maybe staying there, getting work done with the lawyer while looking for a house?
