Pacing. Back. And forth. Back. And forth.

Wyatt had left to try and get to Jarod hours ago.

Back. And forth.

[for Sockboy and anyone at Ronan's place.]

Sitting quietly in a chair, Isabel didn't give any outward sign of exactly how upset she was. Unless you looked at her hands, which were clenched into white knuckled fists in her lap.

Every once in a while, she'd pull out her phone to check the time and to see if she'd gotten any messages.

Wyatt orbed in a short time later. Well, not so much a usual orbing as appearing in the shower of white-gold lights and then crashing into a wall. As you do.

"Ow," he said. But with the difficulty he'd had orbing, he hadn't expected anything less.

Parker froze, one thought hitting her. No Jarod. She swallowed, and didn't move, wanting to ask if Wyatt were okay, but not trusting her voice yet.

Isabel was on her feet instantly, heading towards Wyatt's side. A half second after she reached him, she realized that he was alone.

Oh this was not good.

"What happened?"

"I think the rug looks better without a path worn in it," Jack observed on his way to the stairs.

He was never terribly polite when under stress, no.

"I'll buy Ronan a new one," Parker said, shooting him a narrow-eyed look. Her Louboutins clicked down a little harder, fingers drumming on her arms.

"Then it's not my concern," Jack decided.

Like he had ever stopped there.

"... why are you pacing."

She did not want to talk about this. But. If she said it he'd probably stop asking.

"Wyatt went to retrieve a friend of mine." Her shoulders jerked in what was meant to be a shrug. "Hours ago."
