This past week was fantastic! Had a wonderful time spent with my family down in North Carolina, and was able to be there for my cousin's 30th birthday party, which was a great bonus. Then myrtle beach was a lot of fun with everyone, and it was great to see everyone again! I have a decent tan now instead of glowing in the dark, and am kinda ( Read more... )

I thought you'd said it was in South Jersey or Philly if I remember correctly. So I'm guessing new hope (where's strausberg?). We definitely won't be taking him to Baltimore :-P

strausberg strasburg (oops) is out in lancaster. it's the only one i've been near.

there is however, a model train society (for burlington county) that has open houses once a month-ish. that's 2 blocks from my house.

You totally rock! Thanks so much for the info! Unfortunately I didn't realize that the museum was Quite 3 hours away from me (which I suppose I should have...), and after recently driving over 1400 miles in less than a week, I think I'd like to do something closer to home, so we're gonna take him to liberty science center since he's never been there either (and is in North Carolina now most of the time, so won't have much of a chance to go).

Is that the nude beach in Sandy Hook? I thought that was a different nude beach in Jersey. And not with my cousin :)

There is a train museum in Carlstadt. I have never been to it, so I can't speak to its quality. But it's fairly close to you.

You know if we didn't have an infant and it wasn't the day after we are having a huge party that we will probably still be cleaning up from we would totally consider it. I really want to go to the beach and what other people are or are not wearing wouldn't really bother me.

Davey would love it since he would always opt for no clothing if it is an option, but I bet they still require swim diapers for babies since they probably don't want pee on the beach.

Actually, we seem to not be having any other biters, want to schedule a trip for like the 25th or 26th of this month? Mich and I will be in Baltimore next weekend, but that weekend's free I think.

Do you mean the 26th or the 27th. The 25th is a Friday. I know because it is my birthday. Also, rose727's party is 26th and dragonlilyfly replied yes, so I assume you aren't free that day. The 27th would be good though. I'm also not free that day, which is why I had to say no to rose727's party.

If you did mean the 25th, I would probably be without wishiwasnt because he has to go to stupid work, but it is my birthday so I might actually be able to drop Davey off somewhere and go without him. In fact I had previously asked dragonlilyfly if you guys were free that night to come over and hang out but she never answered.
