The quote from WADA is good news.

I sort of wonder why Torres and Lezak were approached about this, although I love what they said.

I think that they're just trying to get feedback since no one from the Phelps camp is really talking, save for MP's statement. I can see why they would have approached Torres and Lezak, seeing how they're highly respected "elder" swimmers, if you can look at it that way...

Frankly, I'm dying to see if Octagon will apologize for their actions in all of this. I'm guessing not, but I think they at least owe an apology to their most bankable client & his family, even if it's not public.

I'm very glad to hear about the WADA thing. I was getting a little worried about that. I also love that the swimming community has his back for this. It really is sweet to see that swim family he's referred to so often in action :)

Like I said last night, I stand by Eve and Candace's diagnosis of Fat Girl Syndrome. It's good that despite what's happened in the past few months, they're still supporting him. That's the definition family :)

Oh, I totally agree with the Fat Girl Syndrome theory...especially *now*. Their support of him, despite the appearance that he's had his back turned to them for a while, will hopefully make him genuinely stop and think. We can only hope.
