Sam has had several miscarriages over the years and has given up on the idea of kids. After he and Dean go their separate ways in season 5, Sam learns he's pregnant.

He decides not to tell his brother because he thinks he's going to miscarry again. He doesn't and has quite a surprise when he and Dean reunite.

Aww, thank you! This is definitely what I wanted and I really loved it. I'm glad Dean wasn't angry about Sam hiding the pregnancy from him!

Hi! I'm actually almost done. Sam's labor was taking a little longer to figure out than I'd planned. I'll post as soon as I get it finished.
