My parents moved to Pensacola, Florida 20 years ago this January. My dad is only interested in seeing snow on Christmas cards and the weather channel. He has in his top drawer of his desk the last bill he paid for snow plowing the driveway. He likes to take it out and look at it and then go out and enjoy his garden.

LOL! The weather here has gotten colder--what we consider fall weather by Buffalo standards. The cold snap last week had the locals all confused on what to buy to stay warm. I lost track of the number of people I told which coat/gloves/hats/scarves were the warmest. As soon as I told them they were the ones that sold in Buffalo they asked no further questions. ;-D

That 'we sell these in Buffalo' is the selling point! LOL.

Man, that's a lot of snow. I used to pray for days like that growing up, snow days from school were the best. (even though I lived across the street from school)
