I noticed that when you do something over the weekend it makes it much shorter. Lately me and my dad have been going to the gym near his work on Saturdays to play raquet ball and work out. Yeah, I'm sore..I've been doing a lot of different things I don't normally work on. for example, my tricepts and my legs. My hamstrings...they hurt so bad.
