So, I just bought a 3 month gym membership and had my first day of working out. I was doing free weight curls and noticed there was a free weight dumbell that weighs more than me! Is that bad?

Currently 149lbs
Dumbell 150lbs

Yes yes. Aerobics. I think to say they are physically 'strong' most people should be able to lift 3/4 of their own weight.

Anyway, you only way 149??

that's madness.

Well I've decided that my goals for doing this is that I'd like to add on some weight. I think I'm going to aim for 180lbs. So, aerobics would be good if I was looking to get into better shape and work on my cardio, but with adding weight it's all about eating proper and heavy reps with heavy weight.
