Now if I remember correctly, you were pretty sculpted enough as it is. I always saw you as pretty buff. But hey, your choice.

You better post pictures when all is said and done.

And you're probably going to have an even harder time keeping random ladies off you....... oo;

Great man!!! I hope u come to Necto next monday so I can compare. I'm doing the opposite, trying to loose a little weight and get more toned. I want muscles, but I also want the flexibility. I also control my cravings for food and try to eat the biggest meals in daytime. Though my job is physically demanding; having to lift, load, and unload a lot of equipment is a workout in itself.

TIP: Try some breathing exercises. Take 10 deep breaths in a row, three times a day each day. In thru ur nose, out thru ur mouth. This will oxygenate ur blood and give u new energy while kicking out toxins from ur system.

Might be at CC this sat. Take care, stay safe, and keep working out.

Awesome...I remember working out a lot! Not anymore...the way your quitting is the best way to do it. I stopped in 3 weeks...went from 3-4 packs a week to 8 cigs a week for two weeks and then 3 cigs the last week. Then none! Your third week after quitting will be the worst. My recommendation is to quit smoking in your car now...and get some good air freshner or a good ole' fashion cleaning right away. Cuz once you fully quit you hit a intolerance to the smell about 1-3 weeks after cold turkey. Good luck I know you can do it!
