I just wanted to pop on real quick and say a few things. I've been very happy with working out. I've been doing it 5 days a week and I've been eating, not exactly healthier but much larger doses. I've always ate pretty healthy though. Also been drinking lots of water.

I notice the changes in ur body. The soreness will go away in time and as for the energy, do those breathing exercises I told u about. Also, red bull is good a few times a week. Eat the protein......meats, veggies, and fruits. They will help u a lot. Have a great trip.
