CANCER UPDATERoight. Docs yesterday. Said I had Hodgkins disease which is the not so bad version of lymphoma. Still get to have 6 months of chemo(sp?) and lose my hair. Given an 80% chance with all that and if that doesn't shift the bugger then they get to try more aggressive techniquies

Hodgkins is most common in 16-24 year olds apparently. You'll be grand, you're young and fit and still continent, God's on YOUR side! :P You'll probably go to the Western for your chemo, I'll come visit!

Jaysus, I'm sure you'll be fine, but you might have to go to the Western???? Poor guy! I mean, very competent nurses....

I'd rather be there than the Royal. The staff in Oncology at the Western are excellent.
