i read today that he's got leukaemia..
which on its own is bad enough.
but of course he's american, and has no insurance (so some people are putting on benefits for him).

but how barbaric must a country be that one of its cult icons needs charity in order to have a chance of not dying?

It's a very awful thing, how expensive it is to be sick or dying in America. Victoria and myself are both uninsured. Shame the healthcare and drug companies in America would never let healthcare become socialised.

I'm gutted to hear about Arthur, such a brilliant musician.
