How batshit crazy? What is different? Is it worth it? As in, if it will get you to where you want to be after a reasonable length of time then it may very well be worth it. If it would mean years at something that might drive you mad with little chance of helping then it probably is not.

Pain vs gain checklist!

Quite batshit crazy. Tired all the time, grumpy, in worst-case scenario not knowing what day it is. The real issue - and one I hope to get to the bottom of during the interview - is how likely I'd be to get a permanent position after the initial six months is up, and how likely I'd be to make the leap to DPA (duty picture assistant) within a year of doing the job. If I could do it within a year, I'd probably go for it.

The checklist is a wise plan indeed, and shall be compiled over the next few days!

Well, the media co-ord malarkey would put me in the region of the Media Centre... :D

Do both interviews, but I would hold out for the attachment role :)

Not a question of two interviews - I've already GOT the slight duties shift at Parly and am starting on the 28th. It'll only last about four months though, and I'd be back in the sausage factory come late September. Best case would be to be able to do both - the Parly/Olympics role until the end of August, then start at Mediawire in September.
