Summerby, that's me. But call me Stephen, yeah? Sorry I wasn't around when you first arrived.

Anyway, nice to have you here, Andrew. I haven't really got any 'rules' for the flat, but I tend to do a lot of cooking and enjoy it, so if you're all right with me cooking dinner then I'm happy to do it. Just let me know if you have any allergies or foods you loathe.

Oh yeah, I also work evenings, usually eight to three am. I'm fairly quiet coming in though.

OK, cool, got it. And that's OK, I was in a bit of a brain-fuzzled state when I first moved in so it's probably best you didn't see that!

You cook? Amazing! Nah, I'm good with anything, I'm definitely not too fussy.

Not a problem, mate.

I'm forced to at least notice when something roughly the length of one of Malecrit's bits of burbage saunters across my journal page.

Noticing is not the same thing as actually reading and paying attention. If you see a long post and it's not by somebody you give a damn about, you can just skip right past it. Not having this conversation would save both your time and mine.

That acronym sounds like the speaker is choking on something.

Yeah, you can't really use it in speech which is a bit unfortunate as acronyms go.

The only one I can think of which is almost is bad is what that small House Elf protection society was called back at school - SPEW, I believe - but that at least is an actual word.
