At least my shoulder feels a little better. It still hurts to move it in a few certain ways, but I can't remember what those are, so I end up moving my shoulder around, and at some point I'll feel a sharp pain, and be like "Aw, fuck, that hurts," and then stop moving my shoulder around. Yeah, I'm an idiot.
