Shit! I am so flipping sore. I was at the beach all day. The waves were better than yesterday but they still sucked. I got the gnarly ball rash once again. Oh and also I got a horrible cramp in my left calf. Wow I really want to go to bed, but I'm having a good time talkin to Brianna on aim. Hmmm, well I guess I don't have much else to say.
